Refund policy
We have a 2 weeks return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only in case of faulty item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind returns are not accepted at this stage. Kindly select your purchase carefully. Due to bulky products the shipping cost effects immensely.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you purchased goods which are damaged or defective. the goods shall be replaced, repaired or refund will be offered to you for the amount of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
To start a return or exchange in case of any issue with the product, you can contact us at info@luxlivingaustralia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like -
- Products described as "made to order"
- Mattresses, bedding, pillows and sofa covers
- All forms of clearance stock
- Clearance items on sale
- Personalized items
- Gift Cards
- Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
- We can not accept returns of Hygiene essentials
- Any order received with incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the buyer, no responsibility will be taken as result, however we will try our best to sort it out for you.
- Orders from outside Australia
Kindly note - Due to nature of Terry towel fabric it is normal to shed excess in first wash. It’s not considered defect or damage.
Exchanges
Once the exchange is accepted and received, We will provide you with store credit of the initial purchase (excluding shipping) amount to make a purchase for the new item. In case of exchange of a product shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate an exchange, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.
Any orders being delivered outside Australia are not applicable for any Refunds or Exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We don’t have Price Match Policy with other online or physical stores. The pricing is subject to change anytime.
